We use insulated, temperature-controlled packaging and eco-friendly gel packs to ensure your dairy and meat products arrive fresh and chilled.
Where do you deliver?
We currently offer nationwide shipping across the UK. Local customers can also select 'Farm Pickup' at checkout to collect directly from our shop.
Are your farming practices sustainable?
Yes, we pride ourselves on regenerative farming techniques, prioritizing soil health, animal welfare, and biodiversity across all our Old Hall Farm lands.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the nature of fresh food, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a refund or replacement.
Do you offer subscription boxes?
We do! You can sign up for weekly or monthly farm boxes containing seasonal vegetables, raw milk, and artisanal pantry staples at a discounted rate.
